Brande has over 12 years experience in the commercial real estate industry, with a primary focus on retail. Brande specializes in site selection, tenant representation, project leasing, landlord representation, and land sales. Additionally, she assists owners and developers with their acquisitions and dispositions.

Prior to becoming a broker in East Tennessee, Brande worked exclusively for a regional developer as an asset manager. Her projects totaled over 1 million square feet and included working with large national retailers as well as regional and local users. Her consistent travels throughout the Southeast expanded her knowledge of small and mid-size markets. This broad range of knowledge and experience allows her to bring a competitive view to the East Tennessee market as well as across the state. Brande provides her clients with extensive market knowledge, competitive analysis, strong negotiation skills, and a focus on results with every project.

Brande received her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in French and International Business. She is a recipient of the CoStar Power Broker award for 2015 and 2016. She is a member of ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) and has served on their planning committee.
