John specializes in Tenant And Developer Representation and Project Leasing in his role at BSM in both urban and suburban markets in Middle TN and northern Alabama. John is responsible for leasing over 500,000 square feet of shopping center space and represents many national and regional Tenants and Landlords including PizzaRev, CycleBar, Kung Fu Saloon, Orange Theory Fitness, Maggiano’s Little Italy, Ascend Federal Credit Union, The Ainsworth, Rivercrest Realty, and Excel Trust (The Blackstone Group).
A native of Atlanta, GA, John has resided in Nashville since 2012. He enjoys playing golf and lacrosse, as well as watching Atlanta Braves baseball and Wake Forest Basketball. In his free time, you will either find John on the golf course or at the park with his wife, Sam, and their dog, Winston.
