Lance has over 20 years in the commercial real estate property management and leasing business. His portfolios have included asset management for two REIT’s of 1.8 million SF which included office, office flex, bulk, leasing two office flex product in the airport and downtown corridors and regional and locally owned firms with products held locally in the southeast.

Representation

The majority of his professional experience has been in retail property management with properties in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Mississippi, Ohio, Tennessee and Virginia. The portfolio owners have included, third party fee management for asset management companies, REIT’s, TIC’s, Fund Management companies, banks, individual owners, and foreclosed properties as well as company owned assets. He has worked in many areas of reporting utilizing varying industry software programs and applications.
