Charles Warner is a Vice President at Baker Storey McDonald Properties. In his position, Mr. Warner focuses on Retail Brokerage specializing in Tenant, Landlord, and Developer representation. With over 10 years of brokerage experience, he has an acute understanding of the overall retail market and provides detailed insight for clients’ specific needs regarding ownership strategy, site selection, cost analysis, and transaction negotiations. Charles currently handles the leasing of over 550,000 square feet of shopping center space in Tennessee.

Prior to joining Baker Storey McDonald, he was the Director of Brokerage for the Virginia division of The Shopping Center Group, LLC. At TSCG, he brokered over $50M in transaction value and represented approximately 1 million square feet of existing and new shopping center space. By providing knowledge of major and medium-sized markets in Tennessee, Virginia, and Kentucky, Charles provides expertise in assisting Tenants and Developers in expansion or disposition in these markets.
