Dawn has over 15 years experience in the commercial real estate, property management, and facilities management business. Dawn has managed a wide variety of product types including office, retail, industrial, flex and medical. Her management approach emphasizes  timeliness, responsiveness, problem solving skills and prioritizes relationship building with both tenants and landlords.

As a current member of BSMP, Dawn is managing a mixture of retail, retail shopping centers and office space totaling 400,000 SF in the Murfreesboro/Chattanooga, TN area and in the surrounding Dayton, OH area. Management duties include reporting, vendor and tenant relations, budgeting and YE reconciliation of expenses of tenants.

Past clients include State of Tennessee, Amazon, BOA, and DaVita as well as many other individual owners.
