As Property Manager, Jordan oversees the operations of his portfolio with a focus on tenant satisfaction, operational efficiency, and long-term strategy. With a strong background in both residential and commercial real estate, he brings a hands-on approach and a proven ability to drive growth across a variety of property types.

Jordan began his career managing retail and office spaces, where he built key partnerships with local businesses and developed his skills in proactive, attentive management. After four years of experience, he made the move to Nashville, stepped into the role of Leasing and Marketing Manager at Kenect Nashville, and is now a driving force within our property management division at BSM Properties.

Originally from Southern California, Jordan is a former college basketball player who brings energy and leadership to everything he does. Outside the office, he enjoys taking his miniature golden doodle, Maisie, to the dog park, spending time at the lake, getting outdoors, and keeping up with college sports.
