Over 20 years experience in the commercial real estate/property management business. Felissa has managed such product types as industrial, retail and office but primarily focused on retail shopping centers.

Experience in managing product types including retail, industrial, and office totaling over 1.4 million SF for owners including properties placed in receiverships, institutional owners as well as many local owners. Management duties include institutional reporting, lease administration, vendor and tenant relations, budgeting and YE reconciliation of expenses for tenants, construction management and capital project oversight.

Currently as a member of BSMP, Felissa is managing a retail portfolio of shopping centers and shopping center/office combination in Nashville/Brentwood/Madison and Montgomery, AL totaling over 800,000 SF. Proficient in Word, Excel, and Yardi, and has proven organizational skills.

Present and past clients include individual owners as well as C.W. Capital, LaSalle Investment Management, Sarofim Realty Advisors as well as many individual investors.
